BASE Method

OFFERS FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS

THAT CAN BE INTENSIFIED BY

Adding Resistance/Weight

Changing the Tempo, Range of Motion, or Difficulty

By Layering In Additional Elements To Turn The Movement Into A Compound Exercise.

Each base offers a different opportunity to strengthen your body and endurance and to

CHALLENGE WHAT YOU THOUGHT POSSIBLE.

 

Each base also serves as a safe place to decelerate when needed

and to dial back the intensity when your body is ready.

The method also offers exercises that work through different planes of motion, improving both coordination and balance abilities, as well as sharpening your awareness of how your body moves. 

 

This also challenges and recruits the body to utilize several muscle groups at once in order to complete the exercise.  You thoughtfully pair this with smart metabolic conditioning work, and you've got yourself

Having spent years in the fitness scene, I have been fortunate to take part in and witness countless modalities and fitness formats, all within various settings.

Harnessing this experience and my training and education, I created and refined a program that not only

provides challenges and support for varying fitness levels,

but one that also breeds a
