Master Instructor, Certified Trainer, Talent Lead And Lifelong Fitness Enthusiast ...

Brie has a genuine and showcased passion for building community through health and wellness. Brie is experienced in coaching to all fitness levels, thereby driven to ensure that every client feels successful, strong and supported.  She feels most inspired and motivated when building relationships and sharing some sweat.  You can expect both a fun and focused energy, with just a dash of cray on the side.  She loves to work, but even more so, just having a good time.

Myra started her fitness instructing journey in 2014 teaching barre at Flywheel Sports - she was able to combine her love for fitness, music and dance all in one painfully fun class. Aside from being a fitness instructor, Myra has been an artist and graphic designer for over 20 years. She also has danced professionally in the NBA and NFL for 8 years, where she performed everywhere from Honolulu to Shanghai. She currently resides in South Carolina with her loving (puts-up-with-a-lot) husband, 2 wild boys and one fluffy dog. Myra's loves include working out, laughing till you cry and a good glass (/bottle) of red wine.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Hannah is a professional singer & dancer in NYC. She has been teaching group fitness for over 4 years, specializing in barre, cycle, and functional training. Hannah is also a certified personal trainer. When she’s not on stage or in the studio, she loves to travel the world, drink lots of wine, and pet as many dogs as possible.

While living in Charlotte, NC, Heather discovered a passion for barre and was fortunate enough to teach it at Flywheel Sports for a little over two years. Her husband is an officer in the USMC and they are currently enjoying their duty station in ENC with their giant puppy, Hobson.  Prior to BASE, she was preparing market research and analysis for a startup and she's presently studying for her medical billing and coding state exams. She's always looking for a new book to read, loves a good iced coffee, and won’t ever turn down gummy bears.

Our Mission:

BASE Method was developed with the belief that group fitness can be incredibly challenging, warmly supportive and ridiculously fun, thereby opening the door to all regardless of their fitness ability.  Harnessing the power of music and personal level setting bases, BASE Method creates and then fosters a love of movement, heightened sense of self and a strong, diverse community that extends far beyond our virtual screens.
